The problem is that you are using the terminal but don’t know what those commands mean, you tried to paste data inside a folder, so using ls will show if it exist and some info.

/usr/local/bin should be a directory which starts with ‘d’ in the head
I think you screwed up or the system has a problem.( I strongly doubt that your computer can’t start up after reboot)

So, I think it’s useless to continue with your problem
Though /usr/local/bin is not a folder anymore, your computer need to be reinstall to get those stuffs.
