my system reboot successfully there is no issue skys
Though /usr/local/bin is not a folder anymore, your computer need to be reinstall to get those stuffs.
ok then, try:
/usr/local/bin help

mv /usr/local/bin /usr/local/composer
mkdir /usr/local/bin
mv /usr/local/composer /usr/local/bin/composer
This will create a /usr/local/bin folder and copy composer into it
mv /usr/local/bin /usr/local/composer
mkdir /usr/local/bin
mv /usr/local/composer /usr/local/bin/composer
This will create a /usr/local/bin folder and copy composer into it
ok pls wait
