Yes, after last update a few hours ago. It seems that RefreshDatabase do not refresh database anymore. I also tried on a fresh installation. To reproduce try ti use userfactory in two tests and use assertCount to check.

I got a kinda problem, it drop the data but the ID keep increasing.

I used php 7.4 and a new version of Laravel (a week ago) i could user assertCount with no problem.

Anyone here who did work on amazon mws
