I downloaded laravel project control panel and run it but it says

And i can’t solve it

But it’s says there is no enough memory in php ini

Update is a really expensive task, that’s why you should only use install in the server, so if you don’t have enough memory your options are limited.

You did a normal composer install?

You can edit the php.ini put more memory restart the server and try again.

How i don’t know how?

Google knows.

Hey, I just run php artisan serve then I got localhost ip address with default port number. But this url run on browser then nothing to happen only page is loading. Why such thing happened?
