I guess that there is no unique option. Each project requires different things, so, you must choose the most appropriate for each project

So rest of the fws/libs would be easy to grasp

This differentiation takes someone to have least experience about frontend fws which I don’t have

Tried learning angular so many times but documentation seemed hard to me and lack of video tutorials cause hindrance to my learning 😂

In my case I prefer React on front and Laravel in Back. But I’m pretty sure that here are a lot of people which choose another pair of options
