When I do hiring, I monitor my employee to make sure they know my standards (Not trusting my guys).
I do pair programming with them until they understand how to do things more efficiently. Then as I trust them more, I release them to do more on their own.

Debug is on? So then your controller responds with something even empty.
No error log shown unless maybe if I don’t know how to enable the debugger inside a react native app but so far all it shows me is a running app working perfectly fine but with no data passing through

Not employment. But watching of how people work. Watching their schedule or similar. I try to get to companies inpisides for few weeks. Almost a month. Yet no success.
