First of all, stop the XAMPP/Wamp and then kindly remove the starting semicolon ( ; ) from your xamppphpphp.ini the following code.

And then restart your XAMPP/Wamp.

You look for ppl that have a need for a app and little money, them you lvl up a search for ppl that need a app and have some money, and at the end you get a better reputation and contacts and get better jobs.

You can also go around town asking bussines owner if they need a system.

You can also try in several websites for freelancer and do what i said in option 1.

There are many of them, in reality i don’t use any, i got jobs from personal contacts and good reputation, and well, sending curriculum to any place XD. but counting all that, i got like 90% of my jobs here, in Telegram.

Nobody know how to start, there is not a only path, and you can’t just do a single thing.

I would recommend to start working for a company, you will get a certain kind of knowledge that you won’t get from tutorials, being freelance is hard because is not only about programming, you need to make many decisions and know about many parts of web development.

You can go and talk with family, friends and really small business, you are not after money in the first stage, you need experience and to start to get contacts, so a really small system is a option, even if just static in pure HTML, that way you get knowledge.

Yes, starting alone is hard, there are companies that like to contract fresh people, because the have energies and are ready to learn, in exchange people that already have some knowledge is hard, because they could have bad practices and is harder to relearn things that just learn in first place.

That’s why i say you should try with a company or some place, and in your freetime you can do jobs for yourself or study another things.
