I have a master table for tax. Suppose I am applying 18% tax on a product after few days/months it tax increase/decrease then how to sure the update tax effect after the tax decrease/increase on the product.not applying all the product whose 18% tax already applied

Don’t use a single row for taxes, there are several taxes for different things, that they have the same % is a different thing.
You can make a new “tax” and apply it only for those product that you need.

You need to upgrade one version at a time, and as told before, check each package installed to see if it can work with newer laravel version, for the actual process in the doc you can find a guide on what change in each version and what to do.
