I have there type of users. Ex. Superadmin, manager, agent
Agent belongsto manager. I have added this relation to users model as well. And i building a ticket system where agents can submit ticket, only their respective managers can see reply edit. Super admin can see everything. Ticket table has user id. Currently im fetching tickets using model scopes. I have written queries for ticket fetching by using roles.for ex. Agents can see only his tickets. But my problem is with manager. I want to get all manager’s agents tickets

Do you know why Laravel is using markdown templates for Term of Service and Privacy Policy? What’s the advantages and why should I use them instead of generic HTML file?

Most of the time you forget to do a few changes after Laravel Production deployment. I have tried my best to cover them through this article.

Hmm, a little bit of research point pointed me in the right direction. It seems this markdown files are cached by Laravel automatically, so your web server does not need to load them every time you hit the endpoint. If that’s not true, please correct me.

I know that blade templates will be compiled and cached. But markdown files as per their website code in GitHub they cache and server from there

Yesss

You have to write subquery and get only those agent that belongsto manager.
DesolatorMagno 2021-05-14 17:15:19
I don’t think that will work.
flyingdragons 2021-05-14 17:15:32
Yup. I forgot to add the Scope Query

Do you store the user manager id in the same table?

DesolatorMagno 2021-05-14 17:17:16
It should be a different view with a policy for it.
DesolatorMagno 2021-05-14 17:18:55
You get that data from the relationship, but make that view only for Manager.
