HK 2020-01-29 14:22:04
MasterZiv 2020-01-29 14:20:43
So it is normal this field doesn’t change

And if I want to change this field with every insert then…how can we do that

Mayank Maheshwari 2020-01-29 14:22:12
Which version u using
MasterZiv 2020-01-29 14:22:16
HK 2020-01-29 14:18:51
Their is a field in information_schema.tables view with name auto_increment from their I can see the next auto_increment values

If you insert many rows and get PK violation, only then you have a problem

Actually I have written one trigger before insert so I have to use that column (from information_schema)

Is there any advantage to using POINT instead of something like FLOAT or DECIMAL to store coordinates? I ask because I’m working on a project that requires the use of an ORM, and not many of those support POINT.

Special data types can be used for building special indices.
Check if your version supports such indices.
I never used them

Of course. You use varchar only.

I don’t know about zapier, but you will need to create some program to do this.

There is no special MySQL for Win 10, MySQL is built for win 32 or win 64, any of those will run on win 10

Hello, I have MySQL database and I want to encrypt a specific column in a table and dump the table data with encrypted column to SQL SERVER database. I tried it with AES_ENCRYPT, it does encrypts the column values but it can’t decrypt the original value by AES_DECRYPT. It shows ” AES_DECRYPT is not a built-in function” message.
Can anyone please help me in this?
