When last time alter query executed on tble?

I need to convert excel to csv

Just save excel file as csv

If i have multiple databases and one database accidently got dropped.
I have logical backup and all necessary binary logs

Once I restore backup how to proceed with application of binary logs as it have all database info. How to apply changes related to only specific database that got dropped?

use —database flag
