How can i configure brackets with xampp server for live preview?

I already watch it but it not working

install Xampp server .. after writing a php code in brackets, start the apache and mySql services in xampp control panel. Now create your own new folder (e.g myCodes) in the htdocs folder of xampp. Place your php code file in this folder (myCodes). Now in Brackets, file -> open folder-> (browse the htdocs folder and choose (myCodes) folder). Now again open File-> Project settings and write the base url as : “http:localhost/myCodes/” without the double quotes and you’re done. Now click on live preview to see the output on your browser.
