U can add a timer like 3-4 second, send me after 3-4 second.
If user kill that process before 4 second mail wont trigger else mail will trigger

Simply u can do it.
When user click on send mail button.
Them php function will run.
Inside that add a timer using javascript or jquery and print php inside it.
After complted timet script will run

This means if first email is send then I could add a sleep method to client to wait till that time and if time completes then reload the server for another email
