you can download new window 7 or windows 10 you don’t download windows 7, 10 32and 64 combine you download windows 7, 10 32 or 64 separate and install and than install xampp it’s working 100%

i send windows 7 link you download and install and than install xampp it work

this solution is working

don’t update your windows it not working i also check it

what is your processor type 32bit or 64bit

I will recommend use windows 10 or Linux Ubuntu

you can download and install and than install xampp it’s working

win7 is discontinued

i was many try solve xampp apache issue last i was solved this problem with new window download and install

few windows iso in to not available required file so xampp apache issue

if you can delete dir use rmdir = (dirname); function for it use to remove dir
