Step1: Uninstall all pervious 2019.1 and make sure check to clear cash and settings
Step2: put jetbrains-agent.jar in path C:Usersxxx
Step3: open C:Program FilesJetBrainsPhpStorm 2019.1bin, append to phpstorm64.exe.vmoptions and phpstorm.exe.vmoptions with -javaagent:/Users/xxx/jetbrains-agent.jar
step4: open PhpStorm 2019.1
step5: select License server, enter http://jetbrains-license-server in License server address, click on Discover server, after please wait loading gif disappered click on active
Step6: enjoy ^_*

Step0: edit hosts file open terminal and type “sudo open -a TextEdit /etc/hosts” then add line 0.0.0.0 account.jetbrains.com
Step1: Uninstall all pervious 2019.1 and make sure check to clear cash and settings
Step2: put jetbrains-agent.jar in phpstorm “bin” folder
Step3: replace phpstorm.vmoptions with file in activate folder if other product edit xxxx.vmoptions append “-javaagent:/Applications/xxxx.app/Contents/bin/jetbrains-agent.jar” where xxxx is product name
step4: open PhpStorm 2019.1
step5: select License server, enter http://jetbrains-license-server in License server address, click on Discover server, after please wait loading gif disappered click on active

How to activate your app(webstorm, phpstorm etc)
for windows:
1 – Add “0.0.0.0 account.jetbrains.com” to end of the C:WindowsSystem32driversetchosts file.
2 – Go to http://jrebel.cuisongliu.com and click Get the registration code
3 – Use this registration code in your IntelliJ
for linux:
1 – Add “0.0.0.0 account.jetbrains.com” to end of the /etc/hosts file.
2 – Go to http://jrebel.cuisongliu.com and click Get the registration code

я бы посоветовал поучиться в соответствующем ВУЗе, хотя бы на вечерке.
Курсы дадут только “инструменты”, а как с помощью инструментов построить “надежный дом” не научат.
